Stosch outlines guiding principles for budget preparations to the Senate

After representing my constituents in the General Assembly for over 25 years now, I have a strong set of guiding principles that are centered around effective representation and leadership in public policy affecting our community and state.

I served as a member of the House of Delegates from 1983 to 1990 and as a member of the Virginia Senate since that time. Public servants have a duty to be prepared and to offer the most persuasive advocacy on behalf of those served while adhering to the highest calling to moral and ethical principles.

I have represented you in the Senate since 1991, and as the Republican Leader Emeritus, I continue my commitment that our community and Virginia is the best place in the nation to live, nurture our families and work.

Yours Truly,

Walter Stosch
